The Euterpe Media Server is just a single small binary. There is no need to deal with webserver extensions for dynamic languages, running databases or copying source files around!
Euterpe has very small footprint so it could easily co-exist with many other services on the same machine. It values your RAM and CPU as much as you do. So it lets you have it for yourself.
